Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time (Worldwide)

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–9 business days for all destinations.
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, customs clearance, or remote-area deliveries.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment—no codes, no surprises.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email SUPPORT@CHICSPHERE.IN  within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. Our team will resolve it promptly.
